Cancellation Policy
We welcome guests to book in advance to secure your preferred reservation time and date. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card. To cancel a booking, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds for any damaged or lost accessories.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0466388683 between the hours of 11am-6:00pm Mon-Sun or Email us info@lightningplanet.com.au . If necessary, you may leave a detailed text message. We will return your message as soon as possible.
No-Shows
A no-show is when a guest misses an appointment without cancelling. We will charge the guest a 100% missed appointment fee. Being half an hour late or more will be also considered as a no-show.
